Terms

Last updated 19 October 2026

Who the agreement is with

These terms are an agreement between your business and the operator of Ignaru.

Ignaru is operated by Jawad Jalal, trading as Ignura, until Ignura Ltd is incorporated.

Ignura Ltd is a UK company that is not incorporated yet. It has no company number or registered address to give, so these terms have none. When it is incorporated, these terms will name it. Until then, the other party to this agreement is Jawad Jalal. Questions: hello@ignaru.com or book a call.

Who can use Ignaru

Ignaru is for businesses. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over and acting for a business, and that you can accept these terms for it. You are responsible for what your team does in Ignaru, including who you contact and what you say to them.

Your team and roles

  • Admins can do everything, including approving sends, managing the plan, inviting people, deleting the team and turning on Auto mode.
  • Operators can build canvases and prepare drafts, but cannot approve a send.
  • Viewers can look but not change anything.
  • Keep your sign-in and API tokens to yourself. Tokens can do what an Operator can, never more, and expire after a year.

You approve what goes out

Iggy drafts. An Admin approves. No email goes to a lead without an Admin’s yes, given on the Approve screen or in chat when Iggy asks. Approved emails are sent from your team’s connected account, so your team is the sender.

In Auto mode, which only an Admin can turn on, Iggy acts in your other connected apps without asking each time. Email and posts to public places still need an Admin’s yes. Turn Auto on only if you are happy for Iggy to make those changes.

Acceptable use and outreach

  • Only contact people you have a lawful reason to contact, and follow the laws that apply to you and to them, such as UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and, for mail to the United States, the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Your team is the controller of its lead data. Tell people who you are, where you got their details, and how to opt out.
  • Ignaru adds your sender details and a one-click unsubscribe link to every email it sends for your team, and keeps a do-not-contact list for your team. Checking that you have a lawful basis to contact someone is still your job.
  • When someone asks you to stop, stop. Ignaru will not draft for or send to that address from your team again, and you must not contact them through any other route.
  • Do not use Ignaru for spam, to deceive people, to harass anyone, or for anything illegal.

Connected apps

You connect apps through Composio and can disconnect them at any time. Iggy only acts in apps you have connected. Each app is used under its own terms, on your account. How we handle Google user data is set out on the privacy page.

AI output

Iggy can be wrong, and what it writes can be out of date. Read it before you approve it. Approving a draft means you have checked it and you are sending it.

Plans, seats and pooled usage

  • Every new team gets 7 days free to try Ignaru. No card is needed to start. After the 7 days, the team needs a paid plan to keep its work going. Nothing is deleted when the free days end.
  • Paid plans are charged per user a month. A seat is an active member of your team. Each seat adds to one pool of actions and credits that the whole team shares, so usage is pooled across your team, not kept per person. Your plan says how many actions and credits each seat adds each month.
  • Adding or removing a member on a paid plan changes the seat count on your next invoice, and the difference is prorated.
  • Prices per user a month are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in US dollars before tax. Tax is added where it applies. Stripe handles payment.
  • An action is one unit of work done for your team, whoever starts it: a lead found, a draft written, an approved send, a reply sorted, an app action, a page built.

Credits and packs

  • Credits pay for paid compute and data beyond what an action includes, such as AI work on our account. Your plan includes some each month, and packs top them up.
  • Packs are one-off: US$10 for 25,000 credits, US$25 for 70,000 credits and US$100 for 300,000 credits.
  • Credits do not expire and stay on your balance if the plan ends.
  • Work on your own AI key, or through your own connected app account, uses no credits.
  • Credits are non-refundable, except as set out under Refunds.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

  • The plan renews every month until an Admin cancels it. An Admin can cancel at any time from Billing in Settings. The plan then runs to the end of the month already paid.
  • If the plan ends, nothing is deleted or locked. Work waits, you can still read and export your data, and paying again picks it back up.
  • Stripe takes payment for the plan and for credit packs.

Refunds

Refunds: you can cancel at any time, and we don’t refund the rest of a month already paid or credit packs already bought, except where the law gives you a right to one. If we charge you by mistake, or Ignaru is down long enough that you couldn’t use what you paid for, email hello@ignaru.com within 30 days and we’ll refund it. A refund takes back the credits it paid for.

Your data

Your team’s data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Ignaru for you. How we handle personal data is on the privacy page.

When we process personal data for your team (leads, drafts, replies and the rest of your team’s work), your team is the controller and we are its processor. We will:

  • process it only to provide Ignaru and on your team’s instructions;
  • make sure our people and providers keep it confidential;
  • keep it secure;
  • use only the providers named on the privacy page, and tell you there before we add one;
  • help you answer requests from the people in your data, and tell you without undue delay if we find a breach affecting it;
  • delete it when you ask, or when you close the team or your account.

You can export your data and delete your team or your account yourself, in Settings. If you need a separate data processing agreement, ask us.

Your content and ours

Ignaru and its software belong to us. Your team keeps what it puts into Ignaru, and the work it approves from Iggy, and we claim no rights in it beyond those this agreement needs.

You give us a licence to host, copy and process your team’s content only to run Ignaru for your team, including sending it to the providers the privacy page names as needed to do that. We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics about how Ignaru is used to run and improve it. We do not use your team’s content to train AI models.

Our part

We work to keep Ignaru running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features as the product grows.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees your team paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Ignaru at any time. Cancel the plan in Billing, and delete the team or your account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular the outreach rules, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Changes

When these terms change we update them here and change the date at the top. If your team keeps using Ignaru after a change, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
